【重磅通知】沙特阿拉伯標準組織SASO重大更新三則

近日，沙特阿拉伯標準組織SASO (Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization)宣布了一系列重大更新。主要內容包括：

一、電力電纜被納入SIRC管控范圍內

沙特阿拉伯標準組織SASO (Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization)宣布從2021年9月1日起，電力電纜被納入SIRC管控范圍內。

*以下HS CODE產品不在管控產品范圍之內

SASO (Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization) announced: From September 1st, 2021 the power cables has been included in scope of SIRC.

*The following HS CODE products are not within the scope

二、FASEH 系統發布

沙特將于2021/10/3啟動新的FASEH系統，該系統將用于食品和化妝品產品的清關。進口商通過FASEH系統發起申請，授權認證機構通過FASEH系統審核客戶申請并給予判定。

Saudi Arabia SFDA has launched new platform called "FASEH" for Cosmetics & Food products, the client will apply the shipment request via FASAH platform and the certificate of conformity for the shipment will be issued by the approved CBs.

三、機械類法規第二部分：重型工程和移動設備

今年5月，SASO 頒布了機械類法規第二部分：重型工程和移動設備。該法規將于2021年11月21日起實施。所有重型工程和移動設備產品，進口至沙特，需持有產品符合性證書PC (Product Certificate)和批次符合性證書SC (Shipment Certificate)

SASO has been published the technical regulation of “Technical Regulation for Machinery Safety - Part 2: Heavy Works and Mobile Equipment”. It was officially announced in Gazette in May 21st, 2021 and the enforcement will be in November 21st, 2021. All "Heavy Works and Mobile Equipment” imported to Saudi Arabia, need PC (Product Certificate) and SC (Shipment Certificate).
